How to Remove an Application

How to remove an application across your device fleet with our streamlined application removal process.

First, navigate to the applications tab:

Next, search for the App you would like to remove using the search bar:

The delete button will be disabled. Click on the configurations button (looks like a bulleted list - second action from the left).

The following will pop up:

Now, set all the configurations to "Do not install": 

Once you have saved, the delete button should be available to click.

Once you click the delete button, you will be prompted for surety:

Please check if the application you are trying to remove mas multiple versions by clicking the versions button (the first of the icons from the left):

If you do, the following screen will be populated like the exemplar below:

You will have to repeat the steps above for each version of the app to completely remove it.
