Streamline your user onboarding process with efficient provisioning and profile management.

From the settings panel, access the users section: 

 

Next, click the add button on the right side of the screen:

 

Select and populate the appropriate permissions based on department and job function:

Role Types:

  • Super Admin: Full system access across all accounts with unrestricted permissions.
  • Admin: Complete control over assigned account. Can modify settings, manage users, and configure features.
  • User: Standard access with permissions defined by admins. Can perform authorized day-to-day operations.
  • Observer: Read-only access. Can view information without making changes.

Available Device Groups: 

This sets the groups of devices registered on the MDM system that the account can see:

 

Available Configurations:

The account will be able to see and manage the selected configurations:


If the “All devices are available” is checked will allow the account to see all devices.

If the “All configs are available” is checked, it will allow the user to see all groups.

If "All Devices Are Available" is checked and only some configurations are selected, the account will only see the groups of devices with the selected configurations. 

If the “All configs are available” is checked, and only some device groups are selected, the account will only be able to see the configurations of the selected groups of devices.

Lastly, set the password for the new user. The "Password" and "Verify" fields must match:

 

Lastly, review and deploy your app. Verify settings and push the application to assigned devices by saving.
